Meet your HOST—Neil

My goal is to create meaningful connections through exceptional, thoughtful design, authentic storytelling, and a spirit of positivity that elevates the guest experience.

Other things to note

The location is downtown and you should expect to hear the sounds of people, nightlife, cars, motorcycles, and church bells– all the common sounds you’d hear from an active downtown destination. It’s an old building and there is no sound insulation between the Loft and the Salon below. You may hear people talking but not on a daily occasion as the salon is open by appointment only. There is on-street metered parking during the day, a paid parking garage and a free parking lot (our recommendation) within a few minutes walk. Ditch the car at the free parking lot and walk everywhere in town!

House Rules

** Only booked guests are allowed unless a special request has been pre-approved before your arrival.
** No open flames inside or outside at any time.
** No smoking.
** No pets allowed.
** No parties.
** No events.
** Respect the Salon neighbor and their clients.
** The floor between the Loft and the neighbor below does not have sound insulation. It is an old building! Please be aware that you may hear people talking and/or blow dryers on days she has clients.
** Do not use the fire escape as access. It is only used as a ‘Fire Escape’.
** Any stained, damaged items will be charged to you.
** Any missing items will be charged to you.
** All photo shoots / video shoots must be pre-approved in advance.
** If you arrive with more than the agreed upon number of guests we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately without a refund.
**Please throw all female sanitary items into garbage bins, not the toilet (toilet paper is ok). It’s an old row building with delicate plumbing system. Thank you in advance!
**If you choose to use the Grill please clean up after each use and put the cover back on.

Thank you for respecting our rules and treating our home as if it were your own 🙂
