** No open flames inside or outside at any time.
** No smoking.
** No parties.
** No events.
** Respect the neighbors!
** Any stained, damaged items will be charged to you.
** Any missing items will be charged to you.
** All photo shoots / video shoots must be pre-approved in advance.
** If you arrive with more than the agreed upon number of guests we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately without a refund.
**Please throw all female sanitary items into garbage bins, not the toilet (toilet paper is ok). Thank you in advance!
**If you choose to use the Grill please clean up after each use and put the cover back on.
